10/9/2007 My Japanese Blog Page!Hello people, it's me again I just want to tell people that I have started a Japanese blog! I know most people (if any) only speaks and/or reads English, but I'm planing to put my Illustrations up. So, if anyone is interested or wants me to do somekind of art work for them, just reply to me here So, here is the site http://studioel.blog118.fc2.com/ Have fun!! 4/27/2007 New Pic of me!I got a haircut, so here's the new picture!! Not much difference from before? Shhhhhhhhhhhhh!! We don't talk about that 4/24/2007 Eco-furoshiki for everyone!VIP visitors to Japan, be excited!! After you visit the Prime Minister's Office, you will receive an eco-friendly furoshiki, made from recycled plastic bottles!! ...If they know what a furoshiki IS in the first place. You see, furoshiki can differ from the size of a slightly bigger bandana, to a full-on table cloth. So, depending on how big the the eco-friendly furoshiki is, we might be able to see President Bush trying to wear it on it head On the serious note, A furoshiki is "a type of traditional Japanese wrapping cloth that were frequently used to transport clothes, gifts, or other goods" by Wikipedia's definition. And apparently the eco-friendly furoshiki that Thai Prime Minister Surayud Chulanont and to Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao already got, comes with a written explanation on its origin and how it's used. Which is all good, don't get me wrong, but couldn’t they have thought up of something a little more 'global'? Heck, only a handful of Japanese even USE a furoshiki! Environmentally friendly yeah maybe, but a BAG works just as well! So the furoshiki is made from recycled plastic bottles, but if the people who get it just take it home and then throws it away, that recycling was just a waist of time now huh? I'm not against on recycling, and I'm not against gifts, but I am against the Japanese government being so wrapped up (no pun intended) in its own tradition that they don't see the impact they have by giving these gifts! (Which is close to none, may I add) Here is the News Article. Interesting though, is that I couldn't find anything about this "Foreign VIPs to get eco-furoshiki" in Japanese. Maybe I didn't look hard enough or maybe I did and didn't find anything. Who knows, who cares, I just think it's a silly idea. P.S. This is the first time I’ve written about something that I saw in the newspaper!! I can't believe myself! 4/10/2007 I am not dead yet! It's been a long time... Actually TOO long. I’m just updating because for the sake of updating But on the serious note, I should really start getting back in this bloging business. So let’s start off with Gyakuten Saiban, or in the Western cultures “Phoenix Wright”. Gyakuten Saiban (which literally means "Reversal Trial") first appeared in Japan for the Game Boy Advance. Not much publicity was done for it, but it soon became a underground hit on the internet, and then spread rapidly untill it was almost impossible to buy the game. (I got mine via an internet auction site, and not for cheep too, mind you) (and then a friend of mine LOST IT!! Since that, the makers have made a 2nd and 3rd one, and remade the 1st one for the Nintendo DS which was translated into english (Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney) as well. Oh, and yes the 2nd one is out "Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Justice for All". Now the 4th game is coming out on the 12th, but with a big difference. The main character is not Phoenix Wight anymore! So one would think what is the Western market going to do about the title once it gets translated. However, I’ve just realized that the main title is not “Phoenix Wright” but “Ace Attorney” in the 2nd game, so that might take care of the problem? Anyway, the 4th game has caused some major havoc already, mostly because of the Special Edition! The official Capcom site had sold all it's copies in about 15 mins! And the same goes to any other place that sells the Special Edition, which means that I haven’t been able to get my hands on one yet So here I am, trying to get a copy of it from an auction site... I have 3 words for you. WISH ME LUCK!! 9/24/2006 TMX ElmoTickle Me Elmo. Yes, I remember a couple of years ago when it first appeard on the market, and thought to myself "whoa... that's CREAPY" (No harsh feelings towards people who love him, I just think that about any vibrating plush toy). And although it was the fad of the year, I also heard that some people were offended by him (something about having the innuendo that Elmo is taking drugs or whatever). Anyway, the TMX Elmo. So it's a bigger version of the old one, fine enough. But I wasn't expecting this! (Please look at the video if you haven't seen how TMX Elmo moves) Okay I give it to them, this is an amazing piece of technology, how Elmo can rolled on the floor and then stands up again, and how well done his movements are made so they look quite believable (I can imaging myself acting the same if I ROTFLOL). HOWEVER, it scars the bejeasus out of me!! (Plus, hearing the motor running dosn't make it any better) There is something about moving plush toys that me feel it's WRONG! I mean, plush toys are stuffed toys right? I have a couple of them, but none of them have any sort of gadgets inside them so they could move or talk. AND THAT'S HOW STUFFED TOYS SHOULD BE. They are cute and they are cuddly, and I want to love him and squeeze him and call him George. As I said before, no offence to those people who adore TMX Elmo. ...I think the reason why I'm freaked out with a moving plush toy derives from the movie "Child's Play", Because I have no problem with toys that have metallic looks on the outside that move. But once the toy becomes cute, fluffy, or whatever, bells in my mind goes off saying "it's not suppose to be that way". I hate the concept of "Child's Play," and even to this day I refuse to watch it. I remember as a child (and owning many dolls) how I would imagine my toys coming to life and trying to kill me. Not a happy thought. But the point is simple, I DON'T WANT THAT FOR MY CHRISTMAS PRESENT. I don't mind it in the store, or if someone that I know owns one. I just don't want it in my room where he could start laughing and roll on the floor, and then get up and tell me to do that again... and again... and again... and again... (endless continuation). Everyday StuffSo, I have moved house and settling in. It's an old house with 4 girls and one bathroom. However, at the moment there is no bathroom problems, only that if someone is taking a shower, the other's can't have the washing machine running. Also the internet connection is much slower, but there is nothing that's killing me so overall I think it's good6/27/2006 The Spider's ThreadRyunosuke Akutagawa, a famous Japanese poet and writer, once wrote a story called "The Spider's Thread".
Long story short, Buddha gives a man called Kandata a chance to leave Hell by sending a single spider's thread down so Kandata could clime it. However, while Kandata climes the thread, other people follow and kandata tells them to get off HIS thread. Suddenly the thread breaks, and Kandata falls back to the pits of Hell. (Here is the whole story translated if you are interested)
This is a famous short story that many Children read in Elementary school (myself as well), so when I saw on the news that someone actually suspended himself on a spider's thread, I thought that it was some kind of hoax.
However, it is not so.
We all know the feeling when we walk into a spider's web, of even jest a thread of it, and that once it sticks to you, it's hard to get it off. Spider's thread is one of the most durable threads in nature, and apperently dosen't melt in heat around 300 to 400 centigrade. However, the thickness one thread is 1/10 of a human's hair, so one thread alone cannnot hold a human's body. What Professor Shigeyoshi Oosaki (the person who conducted this expiriment, and also is fasinated by spider's) did was, he took 100 spider's and took 3 months to get nineteen-thousand strings of spider thread to make 10cm length and 5mm thick spider rope. He then useda hammock and attached it to the spider's rope and, apperently, was able to sit in the hammock for a couple of minutes in it. In theory, the rope would have been able to suspend up to 600kg! (Professor Oosaki weighs 65kg)
However, more that this being a increadible discovery (it was said it is possible in theory, only nobody had botherd to actually try it out), it was more of a dream come true. I see that this idea of doing something that fasinated you as a child, like suspending your own weight by a spider's thread, is what motivates people to try things out. In Japan at least, many of the people who are creating the humanoide robots do it on the soul purpose of "I want to make Astro Boy"
I guess many Japanese are romanticist by nature (myself included)
Everday StuffI'm one day late to say this, but Happy Birthday to Dark Psalm! I just noticed that your Birthday is on the same day as my Grand mother.
I'm also been watching the world cup, and today is Italy vs. Australia! And... DEAR GOD THE AUSSIE GOALIE IS HUGE!!! 5/21/2006 Death NoteA very sinister name isn’t it?
Well “Death Note” is a title of a Japanese Comic about a high school boy who picks up a “Death Note” which can kill anyone just by knowing the person’s face and name. The main character, Yagami Light, choses to use this “Death Note” to create a new world, which then he himself will become King.
Why I’m talking about it? Well, this comic is apparently becoming a 2 part movie in Japan! Usually, I’m not a big fan of Japanese movies (Japanese Dramas don’t appeal to me either). However, “Death Note” is a good comic book (although it breaks a lot of comic book rules), and it seems like the movie’s story is going to be slightly different from the original comic. Which is nice.
Usually, changing the story from the original doesn’t appeal to me, but this case is different. The movie is going to be based on the first series of the comic book, which that’s where I stoped reading it. Reason, because I didn’t like how the story was resolved! I won’t say too much just in case some people want to or are reading the books now, but I wasn’t too happy with it. So, if there are going to change it, good news for me! I might even give it a chance and watch it at the movie theatres!!
However, there are a couple of other movies that I’m more interested at the moment, so I might wait for it to come out in video (or DVD).
What are the other movies I’m interested in? Well that’s another story, another blog… stay tuned
2/24/2006 GITS?Here's a dream I had today (or yesterday, if you want to be technical).
First of all, I was in the Ghost in the Shell world! How do I know this? Because one of it's characters, Batou, was with me. Why I'm with him, I have no idea (I guess I'm investigating with him). Anyway, Batou and I are at a train station (or at the platform of a train station) at rush hour, when I see the barrel of a submachine gun inside the crowd!
Right at the moment I instinctively lay flat to the ground, the man starts shooting the crowd with the gun. People screem and duck to the ground, and somehow Batou is out of sight (or more likely, I was too caught up with what was happening and didn't notice). I start to stand up to get away, but then I saw another gunbarrel, and immediately lie down again. Then the second round of shot's go off.
Aperrently the first guy had an accomplice. Now the whole crowd became silent, and the first guy orders all the people to back off. We quickly do so, and back off to the end of the platform. While people scramble off, I try to stay stay at the back of the crowd, and hide behind a pilar.
The first man hands his gun to the second guy, and starts walking towards the crowd. Nobody moves because the other guy is holding the guns towards the crowd. Full of confident, the first guy comes closer and closer to the crowd. At the moment he got close enough, I started towards him!
I knew the other guy had the guns, so to avoid of being shot, I held the first guy between me and the guns. While most of the shots hit the first guy, I got a shot in my left thigh. However, the first guy didn't seems to go down from the shots, so I start to fight him hand-on-hand. (By this time the other guy has stop shooting, so I guess Batou got him)
We struggle for a while, but I got the better position and start beating him up. I kept on doing so until my hand start to bleed (so I guess the guy is a cyborg) and fell unconscious.
I then wake up in a hospital with Batou next to me.
And that's where I ACTUALLY woke up.
People say that you dream of things you think of unconsciously. So... WHAT ON EARTH AM I THINKING OF??!
Everyday StuffWell, some people might have noticed that I changed my photo. So yeah, I changed my hair style! (Call it "Half punk, half conservative") I'm working on the Anime-Juku thingy (and online course for animation) and got a sunburn.
Oh, and apparently Cirque Du Soleil is coming to Australia again!! This time the production is Varekai, one that I havn't seen LIVE before!! GUess who is going to get tickets!!
2/10/2006 BACK IN AUSTRALIA!Hello!
Well, I'm back in Australia now! Back to the place where you get 7 times more sun then anywhere else!!
......
No wonder why there is so much skin cancer 1/31/2006 LTNS (long time no see)Although I want to talk about my trip, I've gotten this fever and headache for the past two days... Pictures WILL be coming, I mean it!!! 12/26/2005 Day 3 to Day 7 of Hong KongSorry for not uploading my blog everday.
It's a bit hard to do so in Hong Kong... But, here is my update!!
Day 3 (22 Dec)
We went to a couple of temples, including one where we were greeted by 10,000 Buddha's while walking up a 400 step path. That night, I was invited to Dinner with my housemate's relatives and BOY was the place SMALL!! The whole living area was about the size of a regular living room in America, IF NOT SMALLER!! And there were SOOOOOOO many people crammed in one room too! (And I could't believe that 4 people lived there!) Day 4 (23 Dec) In the early afternoon, we went to the History Museum of Hong Kong. In the evening, we went to see the light show at the harbor, where the building's lights were choreographed. (They only do this special light show on the 23rd and 24th of Dec, and New Years Eve)
Day 5 (24 Dec) This day, we took a day off from walking all around the place and cooked a roast for dinner. Well... at least we attempted to do so... When you are at someone else's house, without the proper equipment, and a REALLY small kitchen, the end result was more to be desired of. CONCLUSION Eat out next time Day 6 (25 Dec) We went to Hong Kong Island. Anyway, we went to Hong Kong Island to go to the Peak. The Peak is the highest mountain in Hong Kong, and although it wasn't really that clear (which thinking of Hong Kong, that's normal) the view was still spectacular! We then went to Temple street, which is a night market shopping area. Didn't get anything there, but still a great experience. Day 7 (26 Dec) First we went to Yam-Cha with my housemate's Grandmother, and then we visited this temple. (which the name escapes me now...) THIS temple, was CROWDED!! I also got my fortune read, and generally I was told that I was a simpleton and gullible. BUT, I am lucky it seems! After this, we might just go do some shopping and call it a night. Well, that's it for now.
See you again soon!! 12/21/2005 Day 1 & 2 of Hong KongArriving at 5am at the Hong Kong airport, I got picked up from my housemates uncle. Getting to her Grand mother's place, I got a couple of hours sleep, before we started off to go shopping.
I found a copuple of nice things (including a present for my friend in Japan) and now is in the mood to buy a hand bag.
Anyway, day 2.
We first went to this small tomb in Hong Kong (and I REALLY mean SMALL) but then wandered off to the Arts Museum of Hong Kong. It was nice and big, but also a long walk around... pretty tiering if you ask me.
We also went around the "Stars Avenue" which is dedicated to all the Hong Kong stars. I also got a picture with this new statue of Bruce Lee, which is kind of cute.
Well, that's all for now.
See you all again soon!! 12/19/2005 Off to Hong Kong!!WOW, I really DID not write for a week! Well, I say that I have a good excuse, because I had my graduation, my parents (or my mom and Grandmother) came down to vist me.
Maybe later, or in a different entry I'll write brifly about what happened during graduation and sort.
Anyway, I'm off to Hong Kong now, and my blog will be talking about the different things I do or did!
So, I packed my bag, and got on the bus to Sydney airport just fine... when I realized that I FORGOT MY POWER BOARD FOR MY COMPUTER!!! Of all the things, I forget the one thing that is my life and soul! ...No HONESTLY!
The plain is PACKED for today, and I was half expecting that I was going to be in the middle seat, AGAIN! (I've been on a lot of airplains to now the pain) HOWEVER, I got bumped up to Buisness Class!!
So I'm VERY HAPPY
12/13/2005 The ProphetOne night, a man entered his son's bed room to say good night. However his son was tossing and turning in his bed.
"Are you okay?" the man asked his son, after he woken him up.
"I had a nightmare that Aunt Susie died" said the frighten son.
"Aunt Susie is okay, nothing is worng with her, now go to bed" the man said, and put his son back to sleep.
The next day, Aunt Susie died.
One week later, the man entered his son's bed room to say good night. Again, his son was tossing and turning in bed.
"I had a nightmare that Granpa died" the son said this time.
"Granpa is okay, nothing is worng with him, now go to sleep"
The next day, Granpa died as well. Yet another week later, the man found his son tossing and turning in bed yet again.
"I had a nightmare of daddy dying" said the son.
"Daddy is okay, there is nothing worng with him, now go to sleep"
However, once the man got into bed he was so frigten, he couldn't fall asleep. His son had already predicted 2 people's death. So the next one that will die would be him...
The man lived in fear for the whole of the following day. After getting dressed, he feard that he might get into a car accident on the way to work. He feard that someone might have put poison in his food, so he didn't eat lunch. He feard that someone could stab him, so he tried not to meet anybody at all. He jumped at any sound, and ducked under the table when something moved.
Maneging to get through the day unharmed, he complained to his wife that "Today was the worst day of my whole life!"
"Well, it wasn't the worst day, but it was a bad day" said his wife. "This morning, the milk man died right at our door!"
Everday StuffMy Mother and Grand Mother came today to Canberra! He he he, now I can ask for stuff without using my own money!!
3 more days until Graduation! 12/12/2005 TeaI love tea.
Some of you know this, but I really like tea.
Going back, I think my tea obsession started when I was in high school (that's 10-12th grade for you Aussies). I remember going to the supermarket and getting all the tea bags that they sold and trying each of them out. However, as I said, they were tea BAGs. Some of you might have noticed this already, but tea from bags can become somewhat bitter. Like Darjeeling tea, it's a strong tea to beging with, but in tea bags, it becomes soooooooooo bitter!
Anyway, while usually I could point out what got me interested in a certain thing, I'm baffled with this tea business. I mean, tea has always been around (I mean in my house, not the world in general) but what got me to think, "hmmm, I think I want to explore the different teas" I have no clue...
In high school, one of my dorm-mates (I lived in a dorm) gave me the title 『紅茶博士』 Koucha Hakase, literary meaning "The Black-Tea Professor." This was not because I really knew all the different teas, but because I drank so much of it it seemed like I was possessed!
It's only when I came to Australia that I really got started to get tea leaves. Reason, is because there is this nice tea shop in Canberra, Civic (I think many of you who live in Canberra know this place). I'm more fond of black teas (which in Eastern countries they call it Red-Tea, interesting huh?), and usually I like the blends. Right now I'm really hooked on a blend called "Choc Mint" which is self explanatory.
And recently, I've found a nice tea shop in Japan that is not to far away from my house that I could get my tea leaves from! So all is good.
I'm writing about tea today because I watched The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and I felt like Arthur Dent. I haven't had tea for a LOOOOOOONG time!
Everday StuffYou know... you really don't need to know... Because I haven't done anything interesting... boring life for me! 12/9/2005 HeadachesI get constant headaches.
However, if you ask me how often do I get them, like how many time a week, it's hard for me to answer. There are times that I have them every other day, or I can go on for weeks without one at all. I thought you could call them a migraine, but then I was told that those are more painful. So maybe chronic headaches is what you would call them... I don't know.
I try to not take medicine immediately (unless I've got some important business) and wait for it to heal naturally. Like, drinking water, eating some food, taking a shower, and so on. However, if these don't work out, then here comes the medicine!
One of my classmates was worried about me because I kept on taking medicine (once everday, for a week or so) but I had school, class! I needed to understand what the lectures were saying, without the constant pain that kept me from concentrating. Well, at least I don't have to worry about that for a while.
Anyway, I really don't know what causes my headaches. Although polution does seem to have some sort of effect, but then who dosen't? Another classmate told me it could be some kind of reaction to a certain food I eat, but I don't think that's the case...
So, if anyone has a better explanation, I would really like to know!
Everday StuffOne of my housemates left today, and won't be coming back to Canberra till the end of Jan. Well, I'm all alone in the house at the moment, and it's freaky how quiet it is... I really need some company... a pet would be nice... (but then I can't take it back home with me)
12/7/2005 What is "L25"?I've noticed that I have been only writing every other day, which is okay but thinking of me I need to keep up in writing everyday, for sooner or later I'm going to get so lazy that I'll only write once a week, or once a month! I know me too well...
Anyway, ehinking that this is the 1st month anneversary since I7ve started my blog, I should write what does the title of my blog mean.
I mean, HOP ABOARD THE L25 -THE FASTEST SPACE BATTLESHIP IN THE OUTER COSMOS- really doesn't make any sence at all... I'm reading it and thinking "what was I on?" Plus, nothing in my blog suggest anything about spaceships or outer space at all! (though The Apartment was kind of talking about that sort of stuff)
So, let's start from the begining, what is "The L25"?
The L25 is a mock space battleship that my friend and I came up with one day. The actual name that we came up with was えるえる・ふぁいぶ EL EL・FIVE, and L25 is the abriviation of it. How did we come up with it? Well, this goes back to when email was the fad of the time, and I was actually writing emails everyday. (I can't do that anymore) I have a pen name (or internet name might be a better term) which is W.M. EL, but mostly just EL. Now, at the end of my emails I used to sign it with "EL" instead of my real name. (but to only the people who know me and can take a joke) However, I got this idea that I can change my mood in the email by writing "EL" differently, in other words, change my personality. The other "EL"s are "える" "エル" "得琉" and "el". 5 L's altogether. One day, I was telling my friend about this on a chat board, and she sudenly suprted out 『宇宙戦艦えるえる・ふぁいぶ』 which is "Space Battleship EL EL・FIVE". I liked it so much, I have keept the name ever since.
To make a long story short, it came out of random.
To those who can read Japanese, my friend and I have been writing these stories that takes place on eatch of our space battleships (mine is EL EL・FIVE of cource). We have our old archives, and our new archives. Have a look if you like.
Everday StuffDAMN headache! It was pretty bad today that I've keept in bed for most of the day... haven't have this bad a one for some time... MWAAAA 12/6/2005 GorillazGorillaz kinda sounds like the animal, but no, it's the name of a music band. however, what make this band unique is that the so called "band members" are animation characters.
Anyway, the first I saw of them (there are 4 characters in the band) was on MTV Japan (or one of the music stations that our cable TV had) and I just thought "Huh? what the?" and nothing more. It's only when I came to uni that I saw the music video again, and really got into it this time.
I found the DVD of there music videos in one of the shops here in Australia (good ol' aussie DVDs!) just to find out that the group didn't make new songs anymore... HOWEVER! Gorillaz came back! Now I'm collecting there CD albums and singles, like I do with Sing Like Talking! (see old entry of 佐藤竹善 <Chikuzen Satou>)
At the moment, there is a new music video "Dirty Harry" out for sale. I kinda want to see them do "Fire Coming out og the Monkey's Head" as a music video!
Everyday StuffI got myself a new DVD yeasterday, again
So, I did quite a lot yesterday, so I just lazed around today. Oh but I made fresh pesto sauce for dinner today, which turned out to be very nice! However, I don't think I used the right kind of blender to make the paste... Oh well. 12/4/2005 The ApartmentThis is a dream I had some time ago, but it has a pretty interesting concept, so I thought I'll share it with everybody.
I'm looking for a place to live, and I befriend this person (by random) and he... I think it was a he, anyway he tells me that the apartment that he lives in has a vacant room. So I go with him and check the place out. The building itself looks pretty old, and not that impressive (although it was quite huge) on the OUTSIDE. The inside though, was SPECTACULAR!
The interior was like... imagine a first class hotel, with stone floors and stuff, THAT'S what the interior looked like. And another thing was that, although the place seemed to be able to fit many rooms, there were only 15 people that lived there. (That's how many rooms there were to live in too) So my new friend shows me his room, which is very spacious and for some reason a very tall ceiling.
Then, he turns on these buttons, and sudenly we are in zero gravity! It turns out that this apartment is also a space ship, which is not uncommon. (At least, not uncommon in my dream) It's for the day when people have to evacuate Earth when the time comes, or something like that. And this apartment was one of the oldest ones made, hence the very classy look. We talk to the landlady, and I get the vacant room. Simple as that, but my friend tells me that I'm lucky, and that the apartment will be in use very soon...
And that's it.
There's nothing about the apartment actually going to space or anything, but I thought it was a great plot line that you can start out with!
Everday StuffYesterday, I went out for dinner at a Indian restaurant, which the reason was that I was officially graduating (YEAH!). Then we went to see Brothers Grimm, which despight it's so-so reviews, I actually quite enjoyed it! We did another Exalted game today, and to our amazement, the game was quite serious... That probably has to do with the Evil ST(tm) giving all the characters certain DOOM. Nasty him... Oh, and I got the final weapon for 信長(Nobunaga) and 佐助(Sasuke) for BASARA!
Draft of the 2nd comic for Exalted 12/2/2005 The Count of Monte CristoThe reason I put The Count of Monte Cristo in the "Entertainment" category is because I'm not just talking about it in one medium. as far as I know, there is the original book, a Hollywood movie, a French series, and a Japanese animation. There are probably more then this, but I've just writen the different media that I know of, and have actually watched or read.
The reason I actually gotten interested in The Count of Monte Cristo was because it was mentioned in 金田一少年の事件簿 (Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo) aka The Casebook of Young Kindaichi or Young Kindaichi's Casebook. I know, it's a wierd conection, but this is actually the same way I got interested with The Phantom of The Opera, and Tarot Cards.
Anyway, The Count of Monte Cristo is all about revenge. But it's not about the revenge that uses physical force, but more of wits and cunning. There are a lot of movies, books, and games that are about revenge, but usually it involves one killing the other or at least severely hurting them. So, although "revenge" is not an uncommon, surely the method that is taken, is unique!
Now of all of the different mediums, besides the original book, the best one is probably the French series. I'm not saying that the other ones are bad (though the movie got bad reviews), storywise the series was the most satisfying. But, at the same time I say that the Japanese animation has the best Count of them all. Yes, I know he's just a drawing, but the animated Count is really cool! Sexy too, but I think that's because of the voice actor, great job mate!
One interest thing that I found out about though, is while this is a story that my best friend back in Japan likes, she didn't know about it untill I told her. So now I'm waiting for her to read the book, then I could talk about it with her!
Everday StuffWell, I had lunch with a couple of friends, and then went shopping for some new jeans. I got 2 new pairs today ($100!) YEY! But while we were shopping, a small typhoon hit near our place and knocked don't a lot of trees. I'll try to put a picture of it up tommorow.
The first comic that I finished for Exalted. |
