Day 3 to Day 7 of Hong Kong

Sorry for not uploading my blog everday.
It's a bit hard to do so in Hong Kong... But, here is my update!!

    Day 3 (22 Dec)
We went to a couple of temples, including one where we were greeted by 10,000 Buddha's while walking up a 400 step path. That night, I was invited to Dinner with my housemate's relatives and BOY was the place SMALL!! The whole living area was about the size of a regular living room in America, IF NOT SMALLER!! And there were SOOOOOOO many people crammed in one room too! (And I could't believe that 4 people lived there!)

    Day 4 (23 Dec)
In the early afternoon, we went to the History Museum of Hong Kong. In the evening, we went to see the light show at the harbor, where the building's lights were choreographed.
(They only do this special light show on the 23rd and 24th of Dec, and New Years Eve)

    Day 5 (24 Dec)
This day, we took a day off from walking all around the place and cooked a roast for dinner.
Well... at least we attempted to do so...
When you are at someone else's house, without the proper equipment,
and a REALLY small kitchen, the end result was more to be desired of.
    CONCLUSION
    Eat out next time

    Day 6 (25 Dec)
We went to Hong Kong Island.
Anyway, we went to Hong Kong Island to go to the Peak. The Peak is the highest mountain in Hong Kong, and although it wasn't really that clear (which thinking of Hong Kong, that's normal) the view was still spectacular!
We then went to Temple street, which is a night market shopping area.
Didn't get anything there, but still a great experience.

    Day 7 (26 Dec)
First we went to Yam-Cha with my housemate's Grandmother, and then we visited this temple. (which the name escapes me now...) THIS temple, was CROWDED!! I also got my fortune read, and generally I was told that I was a simpleton and gullible. BUT, I am lucky it seems! After this, we might just go do some shopping and call it a night.

    Well, that's it for now.
    See you again soon!!

    Day 1 & 2 of Hong Kong

Arriving at 5am at the Hong Kong airport, I got picked up from my housemates uncle. Getting to her Grand mother's place, I got a couple of hours sleep, before we started off to go shopping.
I found a copuple of nice things (including a present for my friend in Japan) and now is in the mood to buy a hand bag.

    Anyway, day 2.
We first went to this small tomb in Hong Kong (and I REALLY mean SMALL) but then wandered off to the Arts Museum of Hong Kong. It was nice and big, but also a long walk around... pretty tiering if you ask me.
We also went around the "Stars Avenue" which is dedicated to all the Hong Kong stars. I also got a picture with this new statue of Bruce Lee, which is kind of cute.

    Well, that's all for now.
    See you all again soon!!

    Off to Hong Kong!!

WOW, I really DID not write for a week! Well, I say that I have a good excuse, because I had my graduation, my parents (or my mom and Grandmother) came down to vist me.
Maybe later, or in a different entry I'll write brifly about what happened during graduation and sort.

Anyway, I'm off to Hong Kong now, and my blog will be talking about the different things I do or did!
So, I packed my bag, and got on the bus to Sydney airport just fine... when I realized that I FORGOT MY POWER BOARD FOR MY COMPUTER!!! Of all the things, I forget the one thing that is my life and soul! ...No HONESTLY!
The plain is PACKED for today, and I was half expecting that I was going to be in the middle seat, AGAIN! (I've been on a lot of airplains to now the pain) HOWEVER, I got bumped up to Buisness Class!!

    So I'm VERY HAPPY
