1/31/2006 LTNS (long time no see)Although I want to talk about my trip, I've gotten this fever and headache for the past two days... Pictures WILL be coming, I mean it!!! 12/9/2005 HeadachesI get constant headaches.
However, if you ask me how often do I get them, like how many time a week, it's hard for me to answer. There are times that I have them every other day, or I can go on for weeks without one at all. I thought you could call them a migraine, but then I was told that those are more painful. So maybe chronic headaches is what you would call them... I don't know.
I try to not take medicine immediately (unless I've got some important business) and wait for it to heal naturally. Like, drinking water, eating some food, taking a shower, and so on. However, if these don't work out, then here comes the medicine!
One of my classmates was worried about me because I kept on taking medicine (once everday, for a week or so) but I had school, class! I needed to understand what the lectures were saying, without the constant pain that kept me from concentrating. Well, at least I don't have to worry about that for a while.
Anyway, I really don't know what causes my headaches. Although polution does seem to have some sort of effect, but then who dosen't? Another classmate told me it could be some kind of reaction to a certain food I eat, but I don't think that's the case...
So, if anyone has a better explanation, I would really like to know!
Everday StuffOne of my housemates left today, and won't be coming back to Canberra till the end of Jan. Well, I'm all alone in the house at the moment, and it's freaky how quiet it is... I really need some company... a pet would be nice... (but then I can't take it back home with me)
